Not sure why this place gets so many negative reviews. I always ordered my food through the app and my order is done super fast. If they don’t have something they will tell you when you get there and you can choose alternatives.

The Dunkin Hot Americano is my go to for a good strong cup of coffee, when I'm not at home.
Those breakfast tacos are good too.

This is a location that has fast service and good staff. They serve the neighborhood so that is reflected in their friendliness. Even if they are busy, they do their best and rarely lose their cool. More often than not, when I come in to pick up my drink right after ordering it, it's ready within a minute or two. Food does take longer but you can't hurry up toasting food.

I dropped by in the morning. Fist time here but, donuts were really fresh and coffee was good too. Freshly made in the morning. Will certainly go back

I truly appreciate this one-Union Street Dunkin Donut: Not everyone or everytime they can speak perfect English, but at least-they are trying to make your orders right! They are willing to listen and very responsible to try Making your Orders Exactly as what you requested! I always get double veggie egg white and they never mess up the order!

Good morning everyone! Just grabbed my coffee at this DD location. I give thumb up to them. I’ve came here for couple times, they always trying the best to meet the need of customers instead of saying “no, we don’t have/ no, we only have this.” Ladies treat us customers like neighbors, always do greeting to everyone. The boss came this morning and had coffee and pastries checked , saying ,” no, u need to put these away, not qualified. Let’s do some new muffins and bagels. And the coffee taste not right , do it again. Just remember , give the best to the customers just the way we want to be treated. “. Then said Morning to the dine-in customers and left.

The man who works there is very nice and friendly. He served my coffee fast and quick because he knows me for a long time. He knows how much sugar and milk I want in my coffee. It is not too busy at times so waiting time is quick.
