I like this local DD but there's no bathroom so if you plan to stay good luck! hopefully they coffee won't make you go. Have tea instead

Just stopped by for a quick cold drink. It was in the evening and was empty so service was good.

Because the ppl are sooo nice.
And, once in awhile, the drink may not be perfect then I ask them to adjust it.
I really would not blame the help. Perhaps, at times it's the machine bc the recipe I'm sure is the same. They for the most part are doing their best under the circumstances.

this is the nearest dunkin to me. i can walk to it. i love it. i usually order thru the app and pick it up with no problem. they do get busy sometimes but they work as fast as they can. too bad the salted caramel cold foam is seasonal.

Quick pit stop beware parking is always full I think they only have 2 spots right in front of them. You can park on the same block. Courteous fast service! Thanks

Every Dunkin' makes my drink different. Most of the time it's too much milk. This one did okay. I usually order an iced latte, almond milk, less ice, and two shots of french vanilla swirl.

Updating my review in 2019 and throwing in an extra star. The store is still always clean and well-organized. The service has improved, especially since the mobile ordering went into effect. Staff camaraderie looks a lot better and they can focus on food prep instead of grouchy customers!
Pros: the place is always clean, and the pink and orange seats are cute. Food is fine.
Cons: service is almost non-existent. I have never worked in food service so maybe I'm ignorant, but I swear that every time I go in, there are 5 people milling around between the back room and the coffee machine, but only one person at the counter, and she is invariably distracted by something else (usually one of the other employees scolding her). Perhaps this is the way the head office wants them to work? It doesn't help that customers feel the need to start arguments with the staff, making everyone else's wait that much longer.

This DD Is definitely one of the better DD one local area. Ana and "Big Eyes" Xena are terrific servers. They keep the place orderly and clean. They keep return clientele by their their friendly personalities and efficient service. The rest of the crew is also commendable!

Compared to the horrible dunkin by my old job im so happy this one is by my new job. They never mess up my order and today they asked me if I wanted the hash browns crispy and if my coffee had enough almond milk. I wish they could go train the employees at other dunkins.....
