Easter Sunday went in about 320pm I placed my order and I saw it on the in process screen then after 5 minutes it disappeared from the screen...a Hispanic lady was there she seemed to be the manager I told her that my number had disappeared from the screen...she asked what my number was and in less than a minute I had my food and drink...she was amazing...I wish that everyone there was as quick and efficient as her...great work ethics...my hat goes off to her...God bless her....it was a great experience..I returned on 9/8/23 7pm the security guard working was on the phone near the entrance screaming to whomever he was talking to...very uncomfortable atmosphere can enjoy the meal with this man yelling over the phone...there should be a policy that they are here to do there job and not scream over the phone

It is pretty busy. They have a touch screen area where you can order your food so you don't have to talk to a cashier. That means no more human interaction... well, kinda! Oh yeah, my younger cousin accidentally dropped her fries while holding it, and one of the staff saw what happen, she offered us free fries! Thank you, kind staff. I have to give that 5/5 service because of that!
