This was by far the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese, I've ever been in... if the handle of one's I have visited on Long Island and in Manhattan. The staff was friendly and helpful too!

I love this place!! The food is great, although the pizza is a bit to greasy. The service isn’t always the best, but we all love the games and entertainment! I also saw someone in a familiar suit bringing some kids into a back room, And the smell from the animatronics were a bit odd (THAT LAST PART WAS A JOKE) overall, this place is amazing!

Kids enjoy the games. Friday night and it was not busy at all. Kids run around wildly enjoying themselves. Loud music and game sounds. Not for kids with sensitivity issues to sound and lights. Card for games can be filled with cash or credit at atm like machines. Plenty of seating/tables.

The staff here are super friendly! I went yesterday at around 4pm and I had an issue with my card. It was not properly working but the young lady at the front was delighted to help me. She was extremely respectful. I didn’t get to catch her name but she had bangs. Very nice young woman. As for the food, it did take a while for my wings to come out but that was expected. The wings were delicious and the cheesy bread was very good as well. I enjoyed my visit all the machines were properly working and my kids had fun. My only complaint is that it is very crowded and I encountered many other rude parents/kids. I recommend this place they are very helpful and nice!

I went there yesterday for Birthday party and the AC is had an issue super hot!! In side plus a lot of ppl they’re should check on the AC before opening!

very clean and the staff was amazing. food was fresh perfect location in the mall so you and the family can browse around after chasing your little ones. parking is good and located in the mall for easy access
