I love this place so much! Super cute logo/ designs and amazing food. Those little wheel pies are delicious! They are filled to the brim with whatever filling you choose, and are made to order. Be prepared to wait a good bit of time for your order(especially if there is a line) but that should be understandable because the employee makes them fresh; worth every minute of waiting! The employee I always see there is very nice too, I wonder if she’s the owner! I have tried every flavor of wheel pie by now, and I can say chocolate or matcha are my favorite, or maybe taro! Even though chocolate is a basic flavor, it tastes really good in the wheel pie; literally like chocolate ice cream! The flavors taste real and not artificial at all- I can’t rave about this place enough!

This place is a bit hard to find because they are at the back in a building. The owner is very nice and chatted with us while we wait for our wheel pie. It can take a while since these are make to order and not very scalable. I do wish there was a peanut butter flavor. We tried the red bean, peanut cream, and purple yam and they are not too sweet which is perfect for us.

Wheel cakes are a delicious street food item that is usually eaten as a sweet dessert. This little stand proves to be faithful to the beloved Taiwanese snack. They give substantial amounts of filling in each of the cakes. There are also savory options, such as tuna, mushroom, and radish fillings. The shop insists on making the wheel cakes to order, so as to provide the best wheel cake experience possible. That said, if you have a large order, call in the order first. Then go pick it up (with cash in hand), and enjoy some well made snacks.

I ordered a milk mochi and a red bean wheel pie. The wheel pie took about 5 minutes but there wasn’t a line when I went. The wheel pie was fresh and slightly chewy but also crispy in a good way. The red bean wasn’t overly sweet. The milk mochi with peanut crumbs was very interesting. It was generally not overly sweet but it was a little too sweet for me. The milk mochi was super stretchy and bouncy and tasted exactly like what you would imagine eating milk to be like. The peanut topping gave the mochi a little texture and flavor. I wouldn’t get the milk mochi again (it was also $8 and quite expensive for the amount you get) but I’d go back for the wheel pies.

I love this place so much. As a Taiwanese I’ll say they make good wheel pies✨ They are on the crispy side. 他們的車輪餅是薄皮酥脆派✨ Unfortunately taro flavors sold out, but the cream one was delicious. Not too heavy and not too sweet. The red bean one was less sweet as well. 🤍❤️I think it’ll be great to have a flavor that combines cream and red bead! Another interesting flavor was tuna salad & cheese. It was amazing. I’m a sweet-treat person but this one caught my mind more tbh. Also, I hate celery… they did add it in the salad.. but I finished all!❤️‍🔥 highly recommend this one.

Tried the cream and taro filled wheel pie. Definitely recommend the taro one. I loved the chunks of actual taro and it was perfectly sweetened. Also purchased the milk mochi which I also enjoyed! Not sure if I can afford to eat this often as 2 wheel pies and the mochi came out to $16 but it was tasty!
