Their braised mixed vegetable is to die for. I had it once though and I forgot the name of this place and dish too. I was just going through my old photos and I saw a receipt because I loved it so much I took a pic of the receipt ! I’m so happy I found it !!! I can’t wait to come back. Hopefully I love it just as much as I did on sept 28 2019 lol at 8:51pm on a Saturday 😝

These photos don’t do it justice but the food here is so good! It’s homey and flavorful and at a fair price. It’s not the cheapest in Flushing but it’s very great portion sizes and really good food! Recommend the chicken curry and roti platter and the seafood laksa is great too. They have a wide selection of dishes and they’re all pretty great.

As from someone who’s from malaysia. The food here is very good. The roti was very good with the chicken curry. The nasi lemak wasn’t bad. Also got the prawn mee noodle soup. Super filling and delicious tastes pretty authentic. A little pricey because i’ve had malaysian food that’s cheaper and more authentic.

Fantastic experience at PappaRich!! Very good portions and the flavours were extremely lovely. We ordered the following food items, - roti canai w/ chicken - laksa with chicken - beef rendeng - Malaysia style chicken wings - nasi goreng The following drinks, - milo dinosaur - Bandung - pappa white coffee (cold) The beef rendeng was the favorite of the table along with the laksa. Recommend the rendeng with the roti!! The laksa can be had with 2 different noodle options - regular or thin rice noodles. The nasi goreng is great as well but didn’t work as well as roti with the beef or the laksa. Roti canai is very flavourful especially the Chicken curry that it comes with. The drinks were ok. But this is entirely dependent on how much sweetness you like in your drinks. The restaurant is also very spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and quick. Food came out very fast as well. All in all, definitely recommend this place.

Was quite excited to come here and had high expectations. Looked like a fancy Malaysian place. So the way to order is you fill out a paper and you bubble in what you want. Never did that for Malaysian before and WOW, legit, food came within minutes. Everything was super hot. I was a little disappointed that food wasn’t as amazing as I would want. I was craving something specific they did not have it. Their menu is definitely different from the usual Malaysian restaurants I go to. They didn’t have a lot of the regular dishes. The drinks were really good though.

PappaRich today for lunch was flavorful, amazing, and just what was needed. I went here years ago, I honestly don't remember what was ordered, but I wasn't trying enough Malaysian food yet. Coming here today makes me want to come back the next time around. All of the food was delicious. Roti Canai came with three sauces. I stayed away from the really spicy sauce because my soul couldn't take it. The other two were flavorful and tasty. My entrée, Wat Tan Hor with the Chicken and Shrimp was SO good! My tastebuds were so happy, it was a delicious meal. In the middle of the dish, the noodles are in, and it didn't soak in with the soup unless you mix it in. Service was good. We didn't see our server often because there's a small buzzer at the table if you need their attention. She did come around from time to time. All forms of payment are accepted. Parking in Flushing is not easy. You should either find a nearby lot and take a walk to PappaRich, which is in a shopping center. Can't wait to come back soon.

Delicious place for Malaysian food. The portions are huge! They have so many things to choose from you can’t go wrong. The roti was so good and I highly recommend getting this with any entree. The entree themselves are huge and can easily be shared between two people. Highly recommend coming here especially after sky view mall.
