My daughter went in to buy dinner for her family of 7 tonight. A local EMT said he wanted to pay for the pizzas she bought and gave the cashier cash. He walked out and the cashier pocketed the money without a word. My daughter didn’t mind paying for her own food (she was going to pay for it anyway when she went in), but was appalled at the frivolous and brazen way the girl stole money intended for her.

They made my daughter's sub wrong which she would not eat. We came back to get it corrected and the manager acted like we were lying. He said he would go check the tape. When he found out we were telling the truth, he didn't even apologize. I was very disappointed in the manager.

This is by far the best subway I have been too .. staff is great .. service is amazing .. and they make you a good sub.. can't say enough good things about this place

Constant issues with this location after ordering through the app. Food is consistently, glaringly, incorrect.

The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The lettuce wasn't brown and all the other ingredients looked fresh too. My only problem was that my new Baja steak and cheese sandwich just didn't have any flavor. The menu board said it was new steak and new cheese and new bread but it tasted the same as the old stuff. My biggest problem was the steak is cut so thin that by the time I got to the second half of my sandwich it was cold. Also didn't get the cheese with the meat so the cheese could melt. I also didn't know about any Baja sauce that would have improved the flavor. The steak was tasteless. The only flavor I had in my sandwich was the onions.

Employees left a very rude note on my windshield. There is no sign saying customer parking only on the side of the building, I was never parking in front of the building. I made the assumption these were public parking spaces and no business had claimed sections of the lot. I just want to make people aware that if you park in those spaces for a few hours employees will watch your car and how long you’ve parked there and then leave a very passive aggressive note on your windshield.

Friendly service. Only downside sometimes is when they have go looking for more of whatever you wanted to order. Good food though.
