1:30pm visit. After lunch rush, lots of staff whom could be more attentive to customers. Great Savannah chopped salad, mix could use more discrepancy towards “good” leads. Overall decent experience, would eat here again if in town.

The experience was ok. There were several workers but only one cashier taking orders the others just had their backs turned and didn’t really acknowledge the guests as we begin to line up. Finally someone shouted for extra help in the front, the cashier that assistant us was very nice.
The facility was clean and the food delivery to the table was decent.

McAlister is great family environment to dine at or just have a quick break if you're out with your spouse or a group of friends. They have an excellent sandwich menu and to include all other dishes such as salads, soups, or those mighty spud potatoes. The menu seems to be healthy conscious if you are watching your calorie intake.

Curbside means you have to go in and wait like anyone who walks in and places an order. The cashier was just mopping when I came in. Made eye contact with me. Didn’t say anything. And kept mopping. Nothing. When I told the cashier I had an online order she said “no. That’s not right. Our online system is turned off.” Then miraculously found my order after seeing the order I placed on the tray behind her…one car in the parking lot for 20 minutes and order still took forever.

Came today with my wife and daughter. Took us 32 minutes to receive our appetizer and food. The man cleaning the tables apologized as he was also cooking as well. The server was rude telling me they are busy and really backed up. As a patron that is not my problem. The employee said the owner is cheap and will not pay a decent wage so this is why there was only 4 people working on a Saturday at lunch. RIDICULOUS

The past 2 times they've left things off that I ordered and didn't realize it until I drove 15 miles back home. If I wanted that kind of service I would have gone to bumpers 1 mile away

I am truly disappointed to acknowledge that an insect, that resembles a fly, was in my salad. This is very unacceptable and utterly gross.

Tried to call the restaurant three times to talk to someone about our incorrect order. My Garden Turkey sandwich was just Turkey and lettuce… And no pickle. For a $15 sandwich with a side of sliced cucumbers (because there was only 1 tomato slice), you would expect a little better.
