Dickey's Barbecue Pit

i ordered on the app. I picked up the food at the exact time it said it would be ready. my sandwich was good. I asked for onion to be added, but idk if they actually added it or not. it didn't taste like they did. my fries were extremely cold and one of them tasted almost frozen. the beans were nice and warm, at least. the spicy barbecue sauce is also really good. I'd say the price is decent for the fact that you get two sides with your entree, but they could do a bit better on quality control and making sure the food is all warm.

The inside is always nasty. This Dickies has never been a high quality one but this past visit definitely showed. The baked beans was not like they are supposed to be. They was onions and beans and that's it! The pulled pork was nothing but hard pieces and fat. The mac stack was decent if the mac n cheese had been at least warm. I would have taken it back if I had not gotten away already.

Online states that they are open until 9. But they have a very small type out sign next to the door that’s rolled up that says closes at 8 on Wednesday. We did not see that on the way in. We waited 20 minutes just for someone to start taking our order. The lady taking the order was not rude. The older lady was rude. When the first woman asked my husband for it or to go he said for here because who wants to eat bbq in the car. The second woman says we close in 3 minutes. The tone of her voice made it to where I did not want to eat dickies at all. If the lady nicely stated that they close at 8 I would’ve been okay with taking it to go. Long story short. Customer service of lady number two killed it for me.
