Zaxby's

My daughter and I came in today 7/11/22. The lady taking our order welcomed us with a smile and was very nice. Something you don’t see much anymore. She made sure we had all of our sauces etc when she called my name to come get our food. The food was amazing as always. Before leaving, the gentlemen asked us if we enjoyed everything and welcomed us out. This whole team on todays schedule needs a raise!!!!

This is the worst Zaxbys in the area. The hospitality is nice but the food is horrible. I paid $11 for a #4 traditional BBQ wings combo. My entire order was cold and not fresh except my sweet tea.My tea was warm, but it had ice a little ice in it🤔. My tea was not Zaxbys sweet. I asked for extra ice, I got it in a smaller cup. At the time i didn't know the tea wasn't Zaxbys sweet. I called back to complained I received apologies and was offered a fresh plate. I returned and received a new order. The manager and the young lady both apologized. The food was microwave hot. The wings were smothered in luke warm bbq sauce, the wings themselves were not fresh and inside was luke warm and tough. I'm not angry but very disappointed. Boooooooo Flowood Zaxby🤮 Boooooooooooo

Zaxbys is one of our favorite places to get some quick food. But lately the customer service is of poor quality. They can be rather rude. I get it, it’s not a dream job but chick Fil a workers give you that 5 star service, and I want to know why they refuse to let people dine in when it says dine in on google maps. I can go to any other restaurant and eat inside but I have to sit in a 30 min drive thru at zaxbys? Do they just not want to clean up at the end of the day?

I’ve ordered several times off DoorDash. However, I’m continually not getting the extra sides or sauces ordered. I paid extra for those things. Then when I try calling they never answer the phone! So, as for as ordering from online. I don’t recommend because, they never fully read the orders coming through
