Killer double shot cortado. Their espresso is strong and smooth. Barista Susan has been here for years and knows your “usual” when you walk up to the counter. It’s a place where they know your name.

I walked in one hour before they closed requesting a frappe. I was told they just put something away so I could not get one. This is the second time I have walked in after work to get a frappe and was told they could not make me one. No offer to make me anything else. I will not be back to the Cups by dogwood.
I drove across town to another Cups location and they did not have any problem at all making the frappe I asked for and it was 15 minutes before closing time. I highly recommend the cups on old Canton Road.

Third day in a row that I've come in for a cup of flavored coffee and they are out. Today they didn't even offer to brew any, they just filled the rest of my cup up with regular brew and didn't say anything. Extremely disappointing.

I am realizing that you can't go to a 'bad' Cups. This location is a bit more "streamlined" and "modern" but it's still a warm and inviting area perfect for studying or just relaxing with a book. As with all Cups, the staff here are very friendly, helpful, and non-disturbing. I love the art on the tables. Oh, I suppose I should mention that the coffee is ALWAYS superb!

Cups is ALWAYS great! They are 50x better than Starbuck’s in my opinion! The staff is always friendly, they are very knowledgeable about their drink offerings, and the coffee is delicious! Very convenient that they have multiple locations as well. Give Cups - An Espresso Cafe all your business!

Every single time I come in, I receive an attitude along with my order. Coffee is great but I don’t appreciate how I’m treated coming in. This has happened with a coworker as well. Also, every time I come in as well they are constantly flirting with police officers that I can barely get my order. There was even a police in the back of the store roaming like he worked there. Great coffee but I wish services were up to par.
