very fast service, and friendly employees. the cheese on all of our sandwiches hadn't been melted though as if they forgot to melt the cheese with the rest of the food. you can see one of the sandwiches with unmelted cheese in one of the pictures. also whoever cooked forgot the fried egg on one of the sandwiches, but the server was able to remove the charge for it, luckily. it was delicious and not as crowded as the other location though.

I used to love this location! But it has definitely went down. I place my order when I got there it was no more then (7 other customers) still had to wait for 35 min. I assume they all went on break they seen I was still seating there and no one stop to ask was I okay are did I place my order are ask to check to see if my food was ready. I had enough and ask them! Where is my burger. I guess it was just sitting there. Got home and was even more disappointed. My burger was cold fries was cold and they only gave me like 7 fries. The taste was not the same. I was to tired to walk back in and ask for a refund. Just very disappointed. Could have save my money and cook my own burger and fries

We went, at night, on a Saturday. It's wasn't very busy, and the service was so terrible and rude, we thought about just leaving. The food when it finally (everything took forever) came was okay, but I had to just flag down a server for a to go box and she just threw a whole stack of them at me and said just leave what you don't use on the table. I've heard very good things about this place and it was my first time going, but I don't think I'll be returning. It's worth noting the owner responded to my rating so perhaps it's not a common thing.

I used to love this location. But now... I'd advise that you go to Pearl location. Seating is slow, service is slow, my food arrived cold, and my drink was not made right. Server was sweet and attentive, but doesn't make up for pricey cold food that you waited forever for We will head to Pearl location next time, but meals are still large enough for four of us eat for the price of two... #splittinburgers
