Highly recommend this place. The best Chicken salad I have ever eaten and so much to choose from. So glad we have this place. I love Chicken Salad and hard to find a place that has good salad. This is the best.
Ok, I just left this establishment. It was my first visit there. Since your new in town, I’m offering to be your quality review inspector. I can come by daily to give you the thumbs up. (Anything with a thumbs down goes home with me)I think this must go on until I have tried and approved everything on the menu at least ten times!! It’s only right to do so that way the public is assured only the best chicken salad. Seriously, I had the fancy Nancy, lemon basil and grape salad and it was to die for. I used the app and got a free koozie as well. Ps, my mom wants to come and be in charge of tasting, I mean testing of the grape salad. She’s in to quality and all as well.

If you specifically want chicken salad for lunch, this could be a good place to go. They have so many varieties, even the most picky chicken salad-connoisseur will like something. The attentive staff certainly help with the experience.
However, if you want basic chicken salad, there are a plethora of other places (that don't specifically specify in making chicken salad) that taste just as good, if not better. If you were expecting an out of this world chicken salad experience, you will not get it here.
This was my first time visiting and I truly enjoyed. I will definitely be visiting again, and again, and again😃😋

Fast, friendly service. Brought a friend for the first time and she loved it. Sassy scotty and the basil are my favorites. My friend loved the basil. The outside seating was lovely and clean.
Both the Flowood and Madison locations are excellent.
The food is delicious and fresh.
The service is always friendly.
My order is always right.

Stop in and lunch with my beautiful wife at Chicken Salad Chick and the food was wonderful something new for me lol and I was surprised how clean the restaurant is and how the staff clean each table after each guest all the employee's smiling and very friendly I will be back soon Nice place to eat.
I love their chicken salad and the employees are always so pleasant. The food has always been fresh every time I've gone here. The restaurant is pretty clean too...even the restrooms. Keep it up!
First sorry for the picture. First time visiting but won't be my last. Sandwich very filling. Chicken salad made with ranch and sherred cheese great idea. Portions are not large. The food fresh. The staff all smiles. Indoor and outdoor seating. Drive thru, takeout and delivery available. Menu available online. Plenty of parking. Drawback in a high traffic area. Lunch time is challenge. Especially at lunch time. But staff work quickly to get you in and out. Recommend you give them a try. Happy eating!
