Bops Frozen Custard

Updated 7/30/2021 Another hugely disappointing experience. Again, the only flavorings were in the very top of the cup. The photos are of 2 different Amazin' Grace concretes. Both served at the same time. This is twice. I do not know if there will ever be a third opportunity. We have always enjoyed Bop's until our last encounter. The Amazing Grace has been my favorite. This time, the flavoring was only blended in the top 1/3 of the cup. The rest of the cup contained plain custard.

I ordered snappy turtle sundae. They said they only had chocolate left. I asked them to get me chocolate mud sundae. After getting it and paying for it, I came home to find out there was crushed oreo and chocolate chips inside liquid cream. Immediately after calling them back, they told me to come back tomorrow and ask for another one. Anyone can get an ice cream or sundae from grocery store. I think we all go to these places and pay more money for experience. People working in the restaurants even demand tips which I think most of us give generously. But after all that if this is what happens, do I really want to take my family to these places?! This happens a lot in this area around because no matter what they put in even though it doesn’t even remotely resemble the intended food order we just eat it.

I had visitors from Canada and we were on the hunt for a good ice cream shop. Came across Bop's Frozen Custard. The restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Was not very busy for a friday night. They have a variety of different options for your choice, whether you want your custard in a cup or waffle bowl. I ordered Kate's crunch and the Hawaiian crunch. Very much enjoyed. With every bite you get a mix of all the ingredients combined. I got the kid size because it was pretty filling. They also had clothing items for sale as well. Would definitely come back here!!!!
