Jason's Deli

We visited this Jason's Deli location on a Friday afternoon around 3pm, and the restaurant was disgusting! There were 9 tables with used cups/plates/seats which were not cleaned, making it hard to find a clean table to sit at. When we finally found a not-so-gross table, a party of strangers had to sit right next to us because the other tables were all uncleaned.  Very uncomfortable. There were bits of food all over the restaurant floor (see attached picture).  Gross! There are several employees standing around behind the counter just chatting, and not one is cleaning up the mess! This restaurant did not used to be like this, for we have been coming here for over 10 years. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was still very good. But then again, how clean was the food if the restaurant wasn't clean?

Jason's deli always has fresh food and a healthy menu, not a burger joint. I consistently order The Carmela. I have done if you place an online order, when you get your sandwich, the cheese is not as melty as when ordered at the store. At the store, it's warm, just made and very melty, just the way I like it. At times I do find The Carmela is not made the same. Sometimes a lot of meat, other times, not. Sometimes a lot of jalapeno sauce, sometimes not. Those two idiosyncrasies are not enough to keep me from giving Jason's Deli 5 stars. Regardless less of how my Carmela is made, it is 100% fantastic.

Jason’s in Flower Mound, Texas Ordered 2 Ruben the great’s My brother and I both agreed!!! Your crew made by far the best tasting sandwiches I have ever had at Jason’s. I have eaten at other Jason’s but no comparison to the FM Crew’s sandwich!! Thank You!! Will be ordering again from this location. MarkT.
