Subway

Waiting almost 2 hours for a delivery order that was supposed to be 20 minutes. Took them 35 minutes to prepare the order and it's been almost another hour waiting for delivery from a location that is 10 minutes away. When I tried to call the location looking for info about our delivery, I received a voice messafe of " the destination voice mail box is full," and then the line disconnects.

Due to the pandemic, I typically would be frightened to enter any public place due to how contagious that virus is! Although, once I walked in, the environment surrounding me was outstanding and extremely clean. I was astonished as to how clean the restaurant was and how well kept it was by its workers. But to my pleasant surprise, the subway employee, Oscar Leyva, who assisted me was very courteous and passionate about making me my sandwich. In addition, Oscar Leyva made one of the best sandwiches my young taste buds had ever tasted! Down to the various of ingredients I asked to be placed in my 12 inch Italian herbs and cheese bun. Ultimately, it was an extravagant experience to be served by Mr.Leyva. Hats off to those young hard workers who are passionate about their way of “chasing the bag” just like the all time best restaurant server, top subway sandwich maker and overall great guy, Oscar Leyva!

Perhaps the the worst subway I have ever gone to. They have the same lady working there everyday with THE WORST attitude i have ever experience in my life. She is unnecessarily RUDE and has terrible customer service. I come here now and then for convenience sake, but leave feeling mad I did. At first I thought she was just having a bad day, but then I realized the customer service is just generally bad here. They are also always “out of stock” on a lot of ingredients, but never bothered solve this problem even when weeks go by. DO NOT EAT HERE! At least if youIf you have any self respect.

Walked in and people had left a mess on two of the four tables. There was one employee and he didn't appear until 5 minutes after we walked in. What he was doing, I don't know, but the food was fine I guess. The parking situation is God awful and they still aren't doing fountain drinks. Would not recommend.

I’m a regular so I’m used to the challenging parking. That has nothing to do with the restaurant though, even though other people seem to roast the establishment over it. The restaurant is CLEAN and I’ve never had an issue with the staff. They’ve always been very nice and professional. It’s my go to spot!!
