Panda Express

So disappointed and dissatisfied I order a online pick today and when i opened my food when I got home I had no beef for my broccoli and beef that I ordered I had no beef at all I bought two plates and both had no beef . This is the 2nd time I’m begging as a local In Florida city for new management this place is going down the drain Baddd 🚩

Super busy, they were low on two entrees when I ordered and they cooked more so mine was hot of the wok (and they waited to dish all my orders so that nothing just sat waiting). Staff was pleasant and very efficient. It helped that they were well staffed to handle the load, still there was a line and online orders spooling the whole time.

Love Panda! When I came to this location I was a bit shocked. The great service I have always received, stopped at this location. To start, Ana needs training. Her attitude is beyond baffling. Me and a group went in and ordered 5 plates of food. When we started to order, this location operated totally different the others. Mind you, I have seen busier locations. We placed our order and before we can see the choice of meats after our sides, we were forced to pick. Not having what we wanted we changed our order for 2 plates. After we did, Ana asked "are you going to change it anymore?"" Well ok I told her, we were unable to see our meat choices so when we saw what they did carry we changed our order and she mentioned that. Next, there was literally 25 plates stacked up before ours awaiting for the meat to finish. By the time we were able to check out we have spent 35 minutes just waiting to get passed down to the register. After a 5 minute drive home we were all forced to heat up our plates in the microwave on how cold the food became. Next time I want Panda I will be sure to take an extra 15 minute drive to another location. P.S. Shame on you Ana.

Depending on the Manager on site your experience can be amazing or down right miserable. I have had both sides of the spectrum. Most Fridays you are standing and waiting 45 Minutes from the time you walk in to the time you place your order. Food is slow to come out. The young folk weren't trained well enough. It mostly seems like they are just aimlessly waiting for someone to tell them to do something.

Panda Express! I love stopping by.. I was a hater when they opened up years ago.. just because I grew up on mom and pop homemade goodness.. but I’m a changed man.. I love stopping by Panda Express when I get the chance.. I need something fast! I need a healthy clean meal.. it’s a no brainer.. Yes, I do stop at mom and pops.. but this is def my go to when I’m on the run. The staff is great.. and the food healthy and delicious!
