My favorite place to stop! The fresh mozzarella is out of this world, I can’t even put into words how delicious it is 😂. It’s immediately in my cart every time I’m here. I have celiac and there are SO gluten free options that are actually delicious. From GF pasta options to GF raviolis, premade chicken parm, meatballs, etc. The regular options are fantastic as well and my family loves it all.

Mostly great products. Their pizzas do not look appetizing, but taste great; I'd rather these than the salty mediocre fresh pizzerias that dot our New Jersey landscape now. Prices differ between stores and some items may be made on-site rather than shipped in from NY. The pizzas here, for instance, were a dollar less than Cranford location, but used the saltier marinara sauce while the ones in Cranford ( I think) used the tomato paste and were surprisingly, for me as I find most prepared foods overly salty, not salty (and in my opinion more enjoyable for it). It's hard to be certain without a true side-by -side comparison. It could be that the pizzas in Cranford just had less sauce(they did). I did check my receipts for both and the price differences are real. The fresh ravioli are nearly always a buy and I suggest trying the frozen pesto and roasted pepper and fresh mozzarella versions. For some reason the dough was weak and split a bit on both of these while the fresh is always perfect. I think the Cranford location may have more ravioli choices (although I can never find the vegan ones) however I do not recall a cake case at that location. I'll check again if I go back. This location is much easier to get to than Cranford: it's in a strip mall while Cranford is in a busy downtown complete with many lights causing traffic. Whole Pastosa Cheesecake (non -Juniors) was good, but a bit too sweet and with an odd flavor (like some fake sugar was added which I know it was not). I'd try the other cakes in the case, but am unsure where and when they are made. I came right before the van brought in fresh products and found some items on the shelf older or low. The fresh basil, for instance, was disappointing in quality.

Fresh pasta & homemade sauce. Soups. Extensive prepared foods - dinner entree like chicken Frances or homemade meatballs or cold salads & Coleslaw or summer chicken salad. It’s all delicious. Come for one thing and you will fill your cart! Oh and don’t forget the cannoli.
