Our daughter loves three different foods. Ramen, Mac 'n Cheese and Papa Johns Pizza with extra sauce but ONLY from this location. We have tried other locations in the past but this is the only one that makes it right every single time. The staff are also super friendly as well. It's nice knowing that you can walk into a place and be greeted with a smile, makes the experience that much better. If you're looking to get a consistently good pizza and you've tried other locations, make sure you don't skip this one here on Main St. in West Dundee.

I was there yesterday to pick up an order. The girl at the counter was very quick friendly and was quick and happy to help me. She even made sure I had all my extra sauces without me asking which can be easily forgotten. I know it sounds dumb, but simple, friendly service goes a long way with me.

Pizza was done early which was nice. Both pizzas were hot and quite good, the price with a discount code was good and appreciated. The only negative was that there was less cheese used than at the Algonquin store.

Danielle went above and beyond. Just got off a plane with a sleeping toddler and was a little moody with my order and she was so nice and helped me order online so I could get the special and offered to bring out to my car when it’s ready. We need more like her in this world! Awesome job👌🏾
