Mcdonald's

The food is like always but the customer service is very lacking and slow. It is near impossible to get people who will actually work when they're on the clock and I understand the struggle because I have my own business doing home remodeling projects and cannot find anyone who knows anything about what needs to be done that will actually work while they're there. Good luck with any improvements on service

They completely botched my order. Stuck me with food I didn't order as "I can't take that back". Didn't give me the order of waters I asked for, charged me more for those. Didn't give me a large fry I ordered. I go back through and try to fix my problem, they call me the "bottle water guy", I try to show them the recipe, and the woman tells me "don't pop a attitude with me" etc. They say I'm lying and reluctantly give me large fry, then I get fries with lip stick on it. Pictures included. The nuggets had black debris in them. Was a total train wreck. For 35 dollars, expected a little better. Found eye lashs in my food also. Ridiculous. Thrown away the food. Will not be back.

I came through around 6pm to get happy meals for my children and the employees were very rude and unprofessional. The young girl taking our order at the speaker box was so quiet we could barely hear them so I had no idea if they got my order or not. Second she just stared at me at the pay window and I asked what my total was so I could gather the cash (since I couldn’t hear on the speaker box the total) and the young girl just stared at me and rolled her eyes. Next we drive to the pickup window and it was 5 minutes before anyone came to the window and I could see them sitting there not working and just gossiping about another employee. Very unprofessional. Then we get our food and the lady didn’t say a word. I even greeted her with a “Hi how are you” and she just stared at me. No words no smile. Honestly it was extremely rude. I’ve been to this location a few times and they have never been the best but they have definitely never been this bad….. I suggest choosing a different location for your McDonald’s cravings…
