Ricks Barbecue - Sky Park

I usually eat here 2-3 times a week I love ricks so much. I will say sometimes they go a little cheap on the tenders and they are small. Sometimes I get a good size. It’s always different. I still love the food tho. Now I will say I ate there 1/10/22 and I spent 11 dollars to get food poisoning from it. I have never had a problem like this with them before but I will say I am never getting their baked potato salad again no matter how good it tasted. I’m not sure if it was the potato salad that did it but I really do not want to believe it came from the chicken because I love this place too much. Unfortunately, I will not be eating there for a while because after facing food poisoning for the first time I am terrified of getting it again.

I used to work for Buffalo Rock in Tuscumbia Al. We regularly brought Tea Bags to Rick's headquarters in Leoma, TN. They prepare all of there meats at this location, freeze them, and distribute them to there various locations. If you want real and tastier BBQ(smoked and sold in house) visit your local mom and pop restaurants that take the BBQ Strait from the smoker to your plate. And you will pay way less.

Horrible place!! Dont go here!!! The manager wants to play with the teenagers more than pay attention to his job to the point its creepy as hell!!! My food came out COMPLETELY wrong, not even what i ordered!!! When i asked for the manager, he quit joking with the teenagers long enough to go hide in the office!! Had to get my money back, which i will never spend there again!!! Too many other decent bbq places to go!!!
