I have never had the worst service or been treated so horribly in my entire life at a fast food establishment!!! The manager has a Major attitude. The employees seem to always be on their phones or outside just lazing around. The cashier the other night at the drive thru made me cry after I left she was so mean to me. The time before that the manager brought out our food when we ate in and she practically threw the tray at us and slammed it down!!! I shouldn’t of come back after that at all but I let it slide. Rudest and worst people on this entire planet. Even worse than the employees at the Cookout fast food place and that is bad real bad.

Laziest bunch of employees I've ever seen. Sat at the drive-thru window for 20+ mins to pick up an order for Uber Eats and watched them let it sit at the pass for 15 mins. Not one person came up to the window. Notified the customer that upon the employees handing their order to me, the food was already cold. No organizational skills at this restaurant. Piles of food just sitting there, multiple drinks just sitting there, and apparently just employees rather just sit and chat with each other than get the orders out.

Mr Garrett refused to serve us or take a orderAfter refusing to take the order he customers profusely slam the window went inside the store speaking to the otherEmployee about it out of my Friend out of his drive-through hopped in his car and then sped off pulling tires saying that he would be back my friend suffer from PTSD very bad because she has been shot once a week she was fearing for her life was right that he was going to get it done and come back

Currently pickup by window only. Placed an online order and it was due to be ready in 15 minutes. Got to window and was advised to pull forward "to the white line". Took 20 minutes total from time the order was received by them (and the business was definitely NOT busy during that time). Received the sloppiest turkey wrap I've ever had. The mustard was literally on the outside of the wrap. I'm not even certain how they managed to screw that up. I realize workers are hard to come by right now, but come on folks!
