Big Bad Breakfast-florence

Went by BBB on a strong recommendation visiting Florence. It was a nice place with fresh food and superb service. I ordered the Creole Omelet, the French Toast with "Spicy" bacon and a side of biscuits and sausage gravy (basically 3 breakfasts but it was my first time, 😆). The creole omelet was a very flavorful mix It comes with tomato gravy, which I got on the side, tastes like tomato bisque. It was good and complimented the omelet. The French toast was super sweet and delish and the biscuits and gravy was also very good... I could've used more gravy for that $6 though.

Overall I think the breakfast/brunch options here are elaborate, plenty to choose from, modestly priced and delicious. Our only complain was the wait time, both to get a table and for our food to arrive after we placed our order. We could see our food waiting at the counter but our waitress was busy cleaning and doing other chores. Whatever closing time it is (we placed our order around 12.30 and our food arrived around 13:10-13:15) , if you're going to take customers in, then make sure your closing preps are done once the restaurant is closed for business not while customers wait for their food.
