Wabi Sabi

Wabi Sabi deserves a five star rating not only because they have excellent sushi but because the prices are lower than you'd expect. My wife and I order 5 rolls and the bill still comes in under $20. I frequent other sushi locations elsewhere and the sushi here is just as good as it's more expensive counterparts. If you end up at this restaurant for sushi then you've made the right choice.

When this was called "Wabi Sabi" it was our special spot for me and my girlfriend. We were very worried it wouldn't be as good when we saw that it was now Kopan. We tried it. We both got 2 sushi rolls. I got a drunken taco and a dancing shrimp and she got the playboy and absolute value. They were all amazing. As good (if not better) than when it was Wabi Sabi. The restaurant was very clean and the music and ambience was great. The gentlemen whom I believe to be the owner was very nice and personal. The food was prompt and we didnt have to wait too long for anything. Did I mention it was $27.50? Amazing! Were very happy that our spot is this great. Please go here and support them. You wont be disappointed.
