My boyfriend and I came to this location Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 11:43pm. My boyfriend ordered for me and then said, " I have a second order". The lady says, very snotty, " if you're going to put it on separate orders, you're going to have to wait"! My boyfriend said, I didn't say separate orders, I said, Second order. Some other lady comes on the speaker and said. I just want to be clear, " did you say separate orders"? He's like, No! I said Second order. There is absolutely no excuse for being rude and snotty!! This location could be the only location open in the city, and we'd go out of our way, to get food somewhere else!!! And another thing, we asked for barbecue sauce and the lady said, here's one, and I don't want to ring up another one!! What?? Now they're charging for extra sauce??

To the owner, manager, PIC..... get it together. How can you introduce a new sandwich with a pretzel bun, and then send an order out with out the Pretzel bun???? Or how in the actual **** can you charge some one $8 for a BACONator, and only let it out the window with 2 pieces of bacon??? Please get it together, I understand its fast food and all, but it reflects extremely poorly on your business.

This evening I had a simile incident like Dominic did two days ago. Went through the Drive Thru and ordered two 4for4. Get to the window paid with a card he lady named Kelly walked away after I paid. Than another lady gave me my good and said I needed to pay again. I asked for a receipt Cause I already paid and was told the machine was broken. Than Kelly I find out later is the General Manager said my card didn’t go through and I needed to pay. So I did but I pulled up and looked at my online banking and saw she charged me for my order and a different order also. When I walked backed to the Window Kelly knew why I was there cause she was handing me 14.00 bucks for the order I didn’t pay for before I said what the issue was . Something real shady is going on here
