None of the cooks wear mask. I got buy one get one free boneless and my order was wrong. I had to wait 4 minutes which was fine. But like I said no cook had mask on or it was under there chin...

I ordered a basket of fries and when I opened the box it literally had like 12 pieces LOL. It actually made me laugh bc if a basket comes with 12 pieces of French fries, how much does the regular size come with?? The Buffalo ranch chicken wrap was very good though

I was not very happy with there wings. No sauce at all sent back twice and black chips here and there looks like if your trying to save money because of Covid. Don’t take it out on the costumer. Having a 3.7 is pretty bad. Will not be back to this location. Tried adding a pic but imagine barely sauced wings to where there pretty much naked

Southwest Philly Cheesesteak... Was extreme;y greasy! It turned my stomach. I mentioned it to manager and she took the charge off my 'and offered , offered me another meal of my choice, but I then had upset stomach so I declined. Aside from that BWW was amazing as always ... Thank you

It’s doesn’t look like garlic Parmesan wings. I've never try such Bad Wings , Ranch it’s missing . I will never eat in any Buffalo again, I just cannot forget this terrible taste

Terrible experience.. got 40 wings 30 hot and 10 bbq.. did not know their sauce is powder.. had to go buy hot sauce and re-mix our wings then re-bake them.. terrible

When it's too complicated for waitress to figure out that 1 order to go and 2nd here to eat, and they bring both in, that stupidity makes me not want to come back. And I had to go get my own napkins...I can keep going. In one word - service socks. Take food to go and eat home.
