This place delivers a straight up breakfast just like I remembered. Used to have one behind my house. Currently they have all you can eat pancakes with a combo breakfast. Meals were good. Hot chocolate really hit the spot. They still have the specialty flavors of syrup on every table.

I have always experienced good service at IHOP.
Never been overly impressed with the quality of their meals - for the price.
Yet, I could usually find something to enjoy.
I don't know when they decided to start cutting back the meager quality of food!
Tonight: Bacon - not what they served 6 months ago. Cheaper quality, less flavor, 65% fat! Same price!
Chicken fingers - yuck! Fast-food quality, over cooked!
Not to mention, undercooked bacon, undercooked French toast, over cooked chicken, and undercooked waffle!
So disappointed!
If your gonna downgrade food quality/grade please lower price!

Food wasn't very warm. Didn't get my pancakes until I was almost done with the rest of the meal. Not typical of this place. Usually very good.

Fast, polite service and good food. The waitress was so nice, I tipped 30%.

The wait was horrific, but I know that’s because they have to cut down their capacity so much... the food made up for it! The pancakes are jut worth the wait.
