Frisch's Big Boy

Just went in stood at counter to order. No acknowledgement. Go use restroom. Come back to counter stand. Ask if they have go menu. Counter service doesn't know. She turns around as I'm standing there waiting and socializes w/fellow employee, involving hug, etc. I walked out. Before I walked out at 10:40 A.M., I noticed a party of all men with their multiple tables pushed together, I believe at least 10 in party. I had visited their online site, on a previous visit in last 30 days, ordered, and then told a very different price. I order the same thing every time and got a song and dance. This a place where they encourage homeless people to apply for work. What a great example of service and stupidity and non-compliance of CDC guidelines. P.S. toilet paper roll was sitting on floor.

Tonight has been a night, went to the location on Dixie Highway at 10:02 only to find out they closed at 10 and wouldn’t take my order even though it says they’re open till 11 on google. Called the one in Burlington to find out they were closed as well but she informed me that this one was still open so I came here only to have my dreams come true on dream street. The gentleman Mikel was super pleasant and took the greatest care of me and was happy to take my order even at 10:48. Give that man a raise he’s earned it.

Ordered Fried breaded mushrooms today& was disappointed-they tasted ok but only received 7 mushrooms,1 of which was so small I shouldn't count it at all,&it cost $5!(4.99).Also got a fish sandwich which tasted good but then again it wasn't that large & cost $5.79,almost $6!I also ordered a piece of Pumpkin pie(not eaten yet)-it isn't very large &cost $3.69! My "big" meal of a sandwich,few mushrooms&little piece of pie with tax cost $15.34!!I could've went somewhere for a sit down dinner for that!! Guess it'll be awhile before I go back.

I think we will never come back. The food was not so horrible but it was not good, no taste, no smell, no salt but our waitress was fast and very friendly! She was really nice. We were seated fast , first I got salad and then we had to wait pretty long for dinner. The place is nice but not extra clean. I had Seafood platter with sweet potatoe fries and salad but unfortunatelly I cannot recommend it.

The employees at this store still offer fast "friendly" service. The food is fresh and hot. These are trying times because of the governments covid-19 restrictions imposed on restaurants. The folks here are still working hard to provide good service. Show the good restaurants some support and hit their drive thru soon.
