Wendy's

It says they close at 2AM but they really close at like 1AM. I came at 130AM. All the lights were on but no one would take an order and when i drove up to the window, they would not even look at me. I work night shift and this restaurant is the only thing open on my side of town. I get it, i use to work in fast food and they want to clean up early, but come one.

CS is TERRIBLE! The attitudes are very unwelcoming including the managers! The DT is always a long process and the food is never fresh or hot! The sandwiches are never wrapped properly and being a dasher from time to time, they never seal the customers bags or cover the drinks. Everything is handed to you as is! The quality of the food and the way it's fixed can be tossed in a bowl and given to a stray dog, that's just how they give it to you.

Wendy's on S. Irby St. Florence SC.. Rude. The lady at the DT was horrible. I aas nice the whole time I picked up for a customer through Door Dash. The customer called me needing a tea and it wasnt on the app so I ordered her one by request as I was at the window. The lady working the window was so rude and mouthy over that. Complaining to all the co workers about it. I told her nicely to calm down I was just trying to satisfy my customer I serve people too. It wasn't for me it was for door dash costumer. She still didn't care and complained. I couldn't believe how worked up she was over something so simple. I will not accept anymore Door dash orders to pick up from there. I feel sorry for anyone that goes through there.
