Poor service, extremely poor food!!!! I got 4 chicken sandwich’s for our family tonight & these sandwiches are HOURS OLD!!! Very very hard! Nasty soak in grease. Then I call off the hook 4 times to speak to a manager.... no answer. I bet tomorrow when I come in to complain, the first thing they’ll say did you call in? SMH. Come on Wendy’s step your game up!!!! Fast food not a buffet!

So after sitting in the drive thru for a total of 52 mins, includes waiting to order and then being pulled up to wait on the food, I recieved this burnt sandwich. It is literally so hard that had I not had strong teeth, it would have broken a tooth. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who didnt seem to care but she was nice, and offered me to come back up there and get another sandwich. I don't want another sandwich, I dont ever want anything from that location again. I just wanted to share so no one else risks losing teeth over the incompetence of the employees at the Wendy's on W Evan's Street in Florence, SC.

Let's be honest you get what you pay for. Unfortunately it includes both service and quality. Really all I have to say is just do not upgrade. Literally the only thing bigger is the drink. Fries here are ALWAYS hardly filled up.

Food was good. Relatively fast for Wendy's. The young lady at the register at 1200 when I went through was as nuce as she could be. You could hear her smiling through the speaker!

The line is always INCREDIBLY long and the card machine rarely works. There’s nothing posted to let you know their card machine is down and they catch an attitude with you when you aren’t carrying cash after you’ve waited 15 minutes in line. It’s annoying.
