The Irby subway have the best customer service and freshness. I'm never disappointed. Ooh and their tuna is seasoned to perfection.

Went to eat at about 6:40 today and the employee was rude to the customer in front us, and they were out of roast beef, onions, and pickles, we left. Won’t go back. Employee needs an attitude adjustment! Felt so bad for lady he was waiting on.

Ordered takeout through the app. Didn't get what we ordered. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch toaster sandwich. Got a cold chicken sub on soggy bread. There was no way to order a drink through the app so when we requested they add drinks to our order the lady had an attitude about it.

Food taste old the lettuce wad yellow. The workers was not nice.
