Do not eat here. We just left there at 6:30 on a Sunday night. It was disgusting 🤮. Food was so dried out. Tasted horribly. Was not clean the place needs to be shut down. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. We use to eat here pretty frequently before moving. Save your money. They didn’t even have clean cups or plates. Ridiculous. Oh yeah this is my first ever review I’ve given but that’s how bad it was.

I went to Golden Coral with a friend for the first time in years on Monday and the food was delicious. We went back today and the food was EXCELLENT. They did not miss with the great flavor. Everything I had was seasoned to perfection…the chicken, collard greens, fried okra, rice, roast beef, and the liver & onions. 😍 Props to whomever the cook was! If I could, I would have given the cook a tip for a job well done. The food was better today than it was on Monday. 🙌🏽 The waitress was very friendly, attentive, and helpful as well. Don’t mind the partially eaten chicken. I forgot to take a pic before I started eating on Monday. The second pic is from today.

Didn't display (no rolls) sign before we paid. Steak was dry, no banana pudding, just whip cream, n pudding, ran out of shrimp. Didnt keep buffet refilled.. Wasnt worth the $$$.Definitely asking questions before I go next time.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. I haven't been to a Golden Coral in years! Our waitress was extremely kind and attentive. The food was really delicious. The waitress provided aluminum foil to the few of us who wanted to take some cake home. That was so kind of her. Will definitely be back.

Food at Florence location was terrible. Pot roast was tender but tasted bland. Steak was nasty with an overpowering garlic flavor. Other buffet items were as though they had been cooked the day before or something. Apple pie was cold. Wasn't an off time either. All food should have been very fresh was so disappointed. Ate at the Monroe location a week before and loved everything. After my visit here, I was told by several people that they had bad experiences with this Golden Corral.

The food was pretty good. I had the fried fish, fried okra, black-eyed peas, and green beans. All were nicely seasoned and not overly salted. The bus man Charles was exemplary and so gentlemanly. Our waitress was quick to serve, helpful, and kind. So why only two stars? We were a party of five. The young lady on the cash register made a mistake when initially told how many were in our party. Instead of accepting that she made a mistake, she began screaming at our party and being very rude. She was so discourteous, so inappropriate, so unwelcoming. This cashier has no idea at all what customer service means. We shared our concerns with the manager but that negative situation cast a pall over our entire dining experience. If ever I should visit Florence, South Carolina, I will not return to this eating establishment.

Overall good food and friendly staff. have been many many times over the years and honestly one of my favorite buffets, because of the good food, and still is. Wide food variety selection, steaks cooked to order, and the best rolls i've ever had. I can say today I wasn't pleased with fried okra & the rice that was baked under fish but everything else was so delicious especially the hot rolls that it didn't matter

It was just before the restaurant closed but the waiter was very nice as well as the cashier and food was good. They were starting to clear out some of the dishes from the buffet or some of the sections were empty so that's why a 4 star rating. In a nice location with lots of other stores around.
