Chili's

We eat at Chili’s all the time and every now and then have a less than 5 star experience but usually we are satisfied. Well this time we left angry and disappointed. We put in an order for to-go at 6:20 and the app said it would be ready around 6:50. We checked in and went inside to the to-go counter on time and we didn’t get our food until 7:48!! An hour after it should have been ready!! Multiple people came in and left with their food in this time! They told us we were waiting on the one steak we ordered but when we got our food everything was cold including the steak and the steak was super rare with lots of blood still coming out!!(I ordered medium rare). Normally this wouldn’t bother me to much but after waiting an hour on this steak it should have been cooked right! We had already left the parking lot and didn’t want to face the crowd again so we let it go. An hour wait for to-go is absolutely RIDICULOUS and I doubt we will be going back to chili’s anytime soon after this disappointing trip!

This was my first Experience at Chili's. I went around lunch time. The waitress was very friendly and came to service me at just the right times. She recommended some awesome food and drink choices. Everything was good, hot and fresh!!I've never had a long island but it was nice and refreshing and gave me just the right amount of buzz I was looking for!! I had two!!

After having terrible experience at Burger Bar we went to Chili's, where we had a really great experience and a delightful server. I am sure she said her name, but I am terrible with names. She was the beautiful African American lady with green eyes. She was very attentive to our needs and was genuinely sweet. The food was delicious! I had only eaten at a Chili's once before in another state, I have been missing out for sure. I would definitely recommend Chili's. Great prices and service!

At first I was not sure if I wanted to eat her because the hostess was very timid and nervous, the manager or floor supervisor was acting rude, and they were obviously short staff. The atmosphere was not very nice in my opinion plus we had a large group of people for my niece's graduation. The outside patio area which would have been perfect spacing was closed. We didn't wait long before we were seated. We were separated in groups but still in the same section. Then we got plastic ware which is a little tacky to me. Obviously they ran out of silver ware because I noticed they gave a little lady that came after us plastic ware as well. My table was dirty so I had to get the hostess to clean it. Our server, Kristina, who was originally not supposed to be our server, made our visit great and turned my doubt around. She made sure our group of over 20 people were served quickly and respectfully. She kept our drinks filled, made sure our food was right, and kept up with our divided orders. Safe to say she was tipped by everyone very graciously. I thanked her for her amazing service and asked her when she works so I can get her every time I come. Kristina is the GOAT and she works on weekends so please check her out when you go there. Did I mention she had other tables besides our large group and was still able to serve them adequately and keep up. You would've thought she was the only one working. Service at its finest.

Horrible service. Waited over 10 minutes just for a drink. But the Bartender had no problem collecting her tip from the previous customer when I arrived. Then she constantly complained to her manager about a previous situation while ignoring me. After a continuous wait and the manager noticing my frustration.... All the manager could say was "she's busy making drinks". Awesome response! So I left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings where service was prompt and courtesy.

Waited to be seated. Family of four with two small children, one being 4 years old. Hostess wanted to seat us at a high top table. I don't even know why you would think that would work. Once we were finally seen by a waiter, we ordered. Our kids food came first, which is fine. But it was another 30 minutes before we got our appetizers. And then another 20 before we got our food. Also while making a trip to the restroom, several staff members would very rudely cut us off. The only saving grace of this horrendous visit was our waiter Justin was on top of every thing. Would not recommend this place ever to anyone.
