I eat at Bojangles' at least once or twice a week. I travel daily and stop in different locations to get a bite every now and then. Today's stop was very disappointing. Ordered a steak biscuit to go. Driving down the road and taking a bite, the biscuit crumbled and fell apart all over me! This was the worst biscuit I have ever had from a Bojangles'! Dry and brittle to say the least. Do yourself a favor and check your food before you drive off from this location.

Placed a breakfast take out for 4 people at the drive thru. It was repeated correctly. When delivered at the window, it was missing one drink, and one biscuit. The order was paid for, and if my gdaughter had not checked the bag, we would have gotten home missing food and had to return again. The food was good, but how do you leave part of an order out?? Unacceptable!

Typical of what I see across the state of South Carolina. Dining room closed due to lazy Americans not wanting to work. Drive thru doesn't even move. South Carolina is like a 3rd world state. Not sure why anyone would want to visit or live in this dumpster 🔥

I visited the location down the street from the Flee Market in Florence SC. I got up to the drive through to place my order and was asked to hold for a minute, no problem I waited 5mins waiting on the young lady to take my order, in the mist of me trying to place my order the young lady interrupted me and said hold for 1 second, I ended up waiting another 8 minutes for the lady to come back before I could even place my order. There was no car in front of me during this time. They don’t respect the customers time at this location I had just gotten off from work and was tired this location is right down the street from my house and didn’t feel like going anywhere else. But that location has terrible service and seems to be much higher in cost to have such terrible service.

Got the chicken sandwich. It was just ok, nothing special. The service wasn't anything special. Typical teenager at the drive thru window, seemingly hating life. Not rude, but not friendly.

The worst Bojangles I have ever been to ordered an eight-piece dinner got 35 and the Restless legs and wings and they were old the only thing to taste fresh
