Walked inside to order and was told I had to order a quesadilla online only after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Terrible Service tables had good all over them.

It was indeed one of our favorite spot for quick lunch or dinner. Recently we went to grab a take home dinner. ordered chicken and veg bowl. They told fresh chicken will take atleast 8 mins. Waited for almost 15 mins, since they had few other things to refill. Anyways they were not even sorry for the delay. Reduced two stars for unfriendly staff. Else food was same as usual.

I LOVE Chipotle. Eat it 2-3 times per month. It's always been really good. On my last visit tho, the food was so spicy I could hardly eat it. Literally brought tears to my eyes. I get the same meal usually and have never had this experience. Hopefully it was just a fluke and someone just made a mistake in adding the seasoning. Other than that it's an awesome place.

I ordered two burritos through the app, but when I got back to work I saw that one was a bowl. The receipt clearly says that two burritos were ordered. When called the associate could only offer to use the same bowl to make a burrito if I was willing to drive back to the restaurant right then. Food was ok, but definitely not worth the hassle.
