We went here for my Moms birthday and they did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious and everything taste so fresh! We were a party of 8 and we had one waitress, Kendra, who was also the bartender and she was amazing! She kept a check on us and never let our drinks get low. She was awesome and we will definitely be requesting her when we go back!

I've always loved eating at Red Lobster.. My fiance had never been or even eaten lobster before so when this tax season came around he decided to take me and my parents. We decided on going to the Florence one instead of the Myrtle Beach one and it was the worst mistake ever. I've never had such terrible service. Our waitress had to be asked to refill our glasses(I only ever got one refill and it took me asking 3 times to get it) and never brought us more than one basket of biscuits. My parents were brought their salads but I didn't get mine. Had to ask the waitress for mine 30 mins later for her to say I didn't get one even though I ordered it? We waited over an hour for food which is fine I understand it takes a while to cook lobster, steaks, etc. But our waitress told us it'd be out soon they were just waiting on our Mac n cheese. Bring out the food and the Mac n cheese is literally cold like it just came out the fridge. I dunno how we could have been waiting on that. All the lobster and crabs were cold and butter sauces were even starting to solidify. It was clear the food had been sitting for a long time. We don't have a lot of money so 30-40$ a plate is a lot for us and at the very least we should get hot food. I dunno if it was just a bad night or what, but I honestly will never visit this particular Red Lobster again.

Horrible service… food was cold. I took my boyfriend out for a romantic dinner that I thought was going to be amazing. I was sadly disappointed. Our water was empty for over half hour, our waitress did not come back to get us another adult drink, so after she was told by someone else to check on us because our drinks were empty after waiting another 10 minutes I went to the bar to get my own. Food was brought out cold. Had a $70.00 dinner plate for us to share. A date night dinner lobster shrimp and steak. All was cold. Sadly disappointed. I so wanted the night to be wonderful since I don’t normally buy dinner. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

I ordered a to go meal tonight. After arriving to the restaurant i waited an extra 40 minutes to receive my food. They kept telling me there were a lot of orders in the kitchen but there wasn’t even that many people inside eating. I told the Togo person that I wanted A1 sauce for my steak and he assured me there was already some in my bag. When I got home ready to eat I had no A1 sauce, food was dry, my steak was well done when I asked for Medium, lobster tail didn’t even seem done! I was given extra biscuits for the wait which was nice, but the biscuits were dry as well. I’m upset because now I have to find something else to eat for dinner because I will not force myself to eat this food. I’m disappointed because the last time I ordered to go from this location it was perfect. This time, my order was rushed and thrown together.

Very poor service. They served my salad with the lettuce core! And asked would you like a new salad? Keep in mind I ordered endless salad, soup, and cheddar biscuits. Then when the other meals came out for the rest of the party my soup had been empty with my bowl sitting on the edge of the table and the waitress NEVER asked if I wanted more soup!!

The classic fish and chips are the best...
Enjoyed the whole experience of sea food.
The best lobsters in town so fresh and delicious and cooked perfectly... absolutely a brand of sea food that I would come back to with friends and family. The whole staff was very pleasant and warm.

Food was great as usual! I had my go-to meal....mussels for appetizer and ultimate feast for entree. The only thing was the waiter forgot to put in out to go order so we had to do without it. Other than that, great as usual!❤️

I am not pleased with this Red Lobster, bad customer service, food is horrible. Worst food I had at any red lobster. My bread was not fully cooked, raw dough in the middle of it. Fish fry too hard. Took a long time to get food after order. Waitress disappear, and not friendly ( poor customer serve). Asked for a manager, she/he never come to the table.. will not come back. Asked another waitress for tea refill and she disappeared never received a refill 10 minutes later.. no return for me.
