I door dash deliver and I had to pick up a ice coffee for a customer that ordered 30 to 45 min ahead online, prepaid. I go to the register to check in and pick up. I am not ordering so I do not wait behind 4 or 5 others to "order". They proceeded to ignore me, although I was nice and just wanted to be acknowledged that I am there to check in and wait if need. She is rude and gets the customers involved cause they don't want to wait of course, so they side with her. I can't believe how rude and I explain to all of them that is not how it works, mobile orders are pick up, they don't come last they ordered ahead and paid ahead. You skip the line to order ahead. They argue with me. I asked for the general manager and told him I was being treated. He is scared of any confrontation and says, I wasn't up here so I don't know what was said. I was in utter shock by that point! I record the cooperate number and contact door dash too. And also the website for cooperate. No customers should be treated like this as far as mobile order and/or door dasher. No so called general manager or manager should handle a situation like that, cause you can tell he was scared and didn't want to get involved for what was right. Door dash even said first come first serve, mobile orders are first served ordered ahead. I care about my customers through door dash which is their customers too. I see they do not. Unless they are in their face, maybe. So unprofessional. I even there before and was not treated like this by past employees. I see where the problem is, the woman at the register claiming to be manager and that scared general manager. Obviously.

Ordered Assort Donuts online and went inside to pick up order and told her I had a fundraiser coupons so I would like like to get a free dozen with my order. She went to put it in the register and said 9.67... I said I want to use it with the order I just got. She said you should've done it online because you have to pay for it now. No where on the online did I see where I could put in for a free dozen because it doesn't have a code on the stamp booklet I have. It took me a couple times to even understand what she was saying but she made it clear what she was saying when she wanted to be rude. When she comes with the dozens she slammed them on the counter and said there and walked away. If I didn't already pay for them believe me I would've walked out. I will not come back to this store. I will continue going to West Palmetto Street... Where they speak where you can understand them and treat you with respect and nice.

Always good donuts. I really like how you can see part of how the donuts are being made with the conveyor belt they have in the back. Staff were friendly enough. I'll definitely go back in the future.

Good doughnuts. Always enjoy the cream fillled. Also the glazed are good. The doughnuts refresh and soft. The Hot Now sign was on. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was clean and easily accessible. It was not hard to get into the store. The store was clean and the bathrooms were nice.

First time I bit into a raspberry or lemon donut where you could not taste the filling until you got to the last quarter of it. Are you guys short on the jelly filling or something? Thanks for making it a disappointment. Maybe I can stop eating them for good.

Customer service was fine, but goodness the iced coffees we orders were almost impossible to drink because of the amount of syrup and sugar. They were outrageously sweet, you couldn’t even taste any coffee..

I went through the drive through this morning and the service was so disrespectful and rude.Greeting is important people want to feel welcome not like their being rushed. We went to Dunkin’ Donuts where the service was much better.

Donuts were warm and delicious, hot chocolate is decent and the customer service is great! I loved that you could see the donuts being prepared right there on-site. Will definitely be back after my diet! 😀
