So very good,we ordered the fresh oysters and from scratch curried chicken soup ,so excellent. The service was impeccable and the chef and owner came by our table to chat about our lovely experience. Next time we visit will definitely stop again. Highly recommended.

We were "trick or treating" through town and though we would stop for a drink. We stayed through the evening. It was a Wednesday and it was slow so they had space. The chef made treats to pass out to "trick or treaters" which attracted us. Hand made pumpkin pie, cream brûlée's, and espresso truffles (ahh Wow!), just to the adults. They hand packed other bags of candy and handmade popcorn balls to hand out. Uhm Hello!
So we stop after seeing all the effort they put into Halloween, thought we would try a couple of appetizers. Fantastic. Beer Cheese and Pancetta Soup, Manchego Fried Cheese, and crab cake. The crab cake being the least of our favorite. We enjoy pure crab cake with very little filler and subtle seasoning. This crab cake was good but flavorful but with too much filler and seasoning.
Conversation with the chef are always a plus. When it is slow there is time which is why we dine on the weekdays. Thank you for talking with my daughter about the crust on the tarts you handed to the "trick or treaters", hopefully she will produce a better crust.
As for the price, fantastic.
The restaurant is small so if it is full you might have to go elsewhere.

This is our favourite restaurant in Florence. The menu is wonderful. Everything we have had there is delicious. We go back just for the grilled oysters, but the fish tacos are tops, too! Excellent beer and wine menu, too. Love this place!
