The person taking the order was extremely nice, however their microphone was still on while they were discussing the previous customer. The previous customer definitely had a bad attitude, but this did not phase the person taking the order. He had the best attitude ever! Bravo! 👏🏻 I advised him that was happening, however he did not respond back to me. He did not say anything wrong. You may just want to watch out that this does not happen again. He may have been new as he did not know how to ring up a $3 meal offer. Otherwise, the coffee was hot. The Apple fritter was terrible and I would never order that again.

If you are referring to the McDonald's on Stewart and Dort highway with some nasty experiences I've ever had. The young lady that was taking orders was very rude and disrespectful when we got to the window did not say hi did not say haven't did not acknowledge this at all not wishing us a nice day or anything I understand it was late but it being late still there's no excuse for that type of disrespect and if you want somebody to come back in the future I would suggest that you hire a whole new night crew because they were rude disrespectful and do not if they don't like their jobs that much they should find some other line of work because it was nasty.

a young lady who often works the hand out window evenings, super sweet, reassuring and apologetic. The food is always cold and the manager is always standing around eating or bossing her employees!! Dont go

This place gets it right about half the time. Unfortunately they have screwed me too many times. One time my entire online order was changed from a free smoothie and hici ($1.06). To a bacon burger combo and hici. They they argued with me saying I ordered it and to show them in the app which at the time I had never done before. They made me move while I attempted. I did find out and I preferred correctly. The drive thru cashier changed it when he got another order.

The young lady that was working the frist take out window was very RUDE,. What we could see threw the takeout window was disgusting not suitable for her cockroaches that alone human beings to eat out of you need to really look into it a take care of this McDonald's.. when you work around food nastiness is unacceptable

Update: This is from a few weeks ago. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and this is what I got, raw hamburger. I took it to the store the next day and they replaced the meal. I contacted corporate about this and they sent an email and said a manager would get ahold of me in a few days. It's been almost two weeks and no contact.
They rarely get your order right. I've talked with mangers, emailed corporate and was assured they would get to the bottom of it. Well they never did.
