A favorite place along with the Pretzel store in the mall:-) I think I like the pretzels even better but cookies are always a winner. The mall is coming back to life and has a lot of great stores. Macy's in JCPenney's are still going strong and we need to support the local economy. Across the street is Faith Christian Store Chipotle and Panera Bread which makes the trip out there worth it

Best peanut butter cookies! Better than Mama's or my grandma's. Milk chocolate chip and the semi sweet chip are really good. They even have good drinks too. Stop whenever I shouldn't only because the peanut butter cookies are calling me

Every time I come in, I’m greeting with the best service. On top of that, their cookies are always so soft and fresh, the workers always do their best in helping me with whatever I need. Love this place, definitely recommend coming here!

Refusing to honor what is on there web site. Owner Nisreen has no voice mail it just rings.
Employee behind counter rude not busy
, hate to see you bake a cookie. Just called another location it will be done by 3 45 today.Dont waste your time at this location.

I had a wonderful pleasant time at Mrs.Fields and the employee was such a treat she took care of me and my crisis in ordering a cookie cake. I don’t know why anyone would ever rate this place one star and say anything rude or harsh.
