Little Caesars

Little Ceasars used to be my go to pizza place. I love their sauce normally, but recently it has been kind of spicy. Over the last 6 months I have order quite a few times and I don't even want to eat my order it is so terrible. I have tried to order a regular deep dish a few times and it barely had any cheese and sauce. It was disgusting and under cooked. Not once but twice. After the second time I decided I was done. The extra most bestest is laughable. The original hot and readys seemed to have more on them. I can't imagine what they look like now. The cost of food must have gone way up and they are choosing to compromise quality over raising the prices. It's really disappointing because I used to eat here alot and now I refuse to even waste my money. I literally drive by the place on my way home sometimes reminding myself not to do it.

My Aunt, Uncle, and I went to this location for a Hot and Ready and had to wait 10-15 minutes on the pizza, only to find that it was drenching with pizza sauce, the cheese inside the crust tasted fake, and the crust itself tasted weird and not all the way done. What's even more disappointing is when we opened the box, the pizza was NOT even sliced. My Uncle had to do it himself with a kitchen knife. And, don't even get me started on the Pepperoni; it wasn't evenly distributed, and there was way too much. One can really tell the staff here isn't very professional at all. Not just because they gave us a pizza like this, but because when inside the place, the workers were just standing around talking and were very forgetful, when taking orders. We will NOT be back at this location ever again. This place has just lost 3 customers, due to its lack of care, when taking orders and making their food.

Tho it is the same pizza as all other little Ceasar's their service is something to b desired. I pick up grandangels for Wed night church. So we feed them.. pizza is the choice. Yeah! Plus an order of crazy bread. I want to have it ready for me so I can pick it up & go.u know incase they run out & I'm waiting 10+ min w 4 grandangels in the car... NOT A PRETTY SITE!!! I can't get them to answer the phone. Sometimes they do the say wait a min & don't come back to me. Fortunately there r other little Ceasar's on my way to church..

It was not a good experience. Ordered from app. Told 20 minutes for a pizza and crazy bread. It took 75 minutes to get it. The bread was hot. The pizza was cold. Only had 2-3 people working. Then watched 4 people during this time come in with no orders and get pizzas. So, I am done with this Little Caesar's Pizza.

Very concerned as I wait for my order that I’m watching employees make pizzas in the back with no gloves on. Putting the toppings on with no gloves then going to throw things away, touching the dirty counters and other surface areas with their hands just to go back to topping pizzas. Usually nice staff and experience but I really wish I didn’t see that!
