I just ordered at the drive thru. The food was hot and ready in short time. It was spot on as far as what I ordered. Delicious.
Food had hair in it and manager got upset after I complained and took it back . Worst manager ever very unprofessional and dirty looking like it was her hair in the sandwich being she came from the back. I’ll never go there again let’s just say that!
Employee Karolyn needs to be fired from the miller road location!!! The way she express her self with costumers she is very nasty and rude when it comes to fixing someone order or even just taking the order highly don’t recommend her to work in any business with that kinda mindset or behavior!
Screwed my order up so bad. Gave me 4 sandwiches I didnt ask for and I was charged for them. Another sandwich they charged me for the correct one but gave me the wrong sandwich. Will not be ordering again.
If I could give this Arby's 0 stars, I would. Staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. The food was absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend and I got the new sandwich they are offering at Arby's and this is what the cheese looked like. Absolutely nasty!
