Einstein Bros. Bagels

It may be mostly my fault; I had a bad experience here a few years back. I figured I'd try again, even after reading recent reviews of people dealing with the same. Wouldn't ya know it, same mess as before. I should honestly give this place 0 stars. The service was abysmal. Three staff, one other customer ahead of me who got their order pretty much as soon as I walked in. None of the staff took the time to offer a simple greeting, or even thank me, until I said something first after awkwardly standing there a few silent moments. I said I would recognize the older lady on staff, because she was friendly, unfortunately I forgot her name. The other young lady who worked there all but threw my food at me after taking it out the microwave. Speaking of the food, I ordered a breakfast burrito. I don't know if they simply don't make them fresh, but it was microwaved and tossed in a bag and handed to me. It still looked undercooked in some places (pictured). The tortilla was raw almost everywhere but the edges. I had to peel it off the wrapper. I feel terrible for the Kettering students who eat here because they don't have much choice. But for anyone else, I'd recommend not spending your money in this location; every other Einstein Bros. I've gone to has been terrific. This one is a waste of your time.
