I stopped by on my way home after a doctor's appointment. I got a Pink drink. The drive thru was packed. I went inside. Employees were very busy filling orders. There was a few folks at tables with their laptops. The store was very clean and the staff friendly. My order was up quickly and perfect. Off on the road again I went.

Ordered a small coffee. Coffee was great.but the customer service sucked. The women was complaining to another worker was rude as hell.then at the end of her complaining she said I might have the virus. I'm done ordering for their.dont know what virus she might have bit I'm not catching it

This is the closest Starbucks on my way to work so I come here pretty often. Two things I’ve noticed is that they frequently close early due to being “short-staffed” and their cafe being closed to public so you can ONLY pick up your drinks at the Drive-Thru window.
The main problem is when I order ahead on the Starbucks app, I arrive at the location to pick up my order. Only to realize their cafe is closed, but the line at the drive thru is literally almost wrapped around the plaza. There’s at least 8 cars ahead of me.
That defeats the “ordering ahead” as my drinks are sitting at the counter for another 20 mins as I wait in line.
I just wish they are more organized and remain open on their app and on Uber for as consistent as they can.

This place is terrible. Showed up Sunday May 15 2022 well after it was supposed to be open and nobody was there. No sign, no notice, nothing. Waited at drive thru for a few mins then tried the door and it was locked. What kind of abysmal business can’t at least put up a sign if they aren’t going to be open? Literally nobody was there. Absolute joke of an establishment, go to the Tim Hortons nearby instead, or go to the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble in the mall.

I have stopped here often as it is close to work and there is little to almost barely a wait. They do get busy around certain hours. As far as I know, they also usually run out of ingredients for drinks. Like dragonfruit and of course the limited time pumpkin spice. As the location is smaller, they do have limited stock. The staff is always nice and has never messed up an order. Most likely to return.

It’s one thing to be short staffed and expect costumers to have patience it’s another when the employee is just rude for no reason. Sighing while taking our order like we were inconveniencing her. Our drinks were wonderful but we’re ready 5-7 minutes before our cake pops. When we checked to see if they were ready we were met with nothing but attitude. If you don’t want to deal with costumers maybe you shouldn’t work in retail.
