Came here on my Lunchbreak and ordered a Billy Club. Wasn't busy, but still gave me the wrong order. They gave me a beach club or something. There's no good excuse.

The guy saw my friend was on crutches and came out to hold the door open for us. He was super nice taking our order. Seemed like he was the only one really working though as most of the others were just standing around on their phones. And he even went and held the door open again for us leaving. Definitely a great example of customer service.

Got the new 3 $$ sandwich very happy with the amount of meat on it for the price. Made a good quick lunch.

This location has gone downhill rapidly. 10 minutes to get a sandwich that has hard bread and not made with correct meats. $10 for a sandwich not worth eating. Even asking for a receipt required a group meeting .

It's all about convienence.They open at 1030 and I start working across the street at Genesee Valley at 2:00. They have a large selection of sandwiches or subs. Good quality Roast Beef. That's my favorite. But the spicey Italian is also delicious. Highly recommend

Ordered 50 boxed lunches for our team at work. Jillian at the Miller Rd location quarterbacked the whole thing and nailed it for us! Couldn't have been easier. Food was great. Service was great. Thank you, JJ's!
