Logan's Roadhouse

Took my dad out for a nice lunch today here. He had a chopped steak with 2 sides and I a huge chicken salad. He liked his, as he ate it all up. All the greens in my salad were fresh. Latresse did a great job taking care of the whole bar side as the lunch crowd came in. It is my dad’s go to place for an affordable steak meal.

TERRIBLE FOOD! I’m absolutely disgusted with how the cooks at Logan’s handle their customer complaints. My fiancé ordered a 22oz RARE porterhouse steak but instead was given a 16oz steak that was covered in fat, to the point where he couldn’t eat it. He decided to say something and asked for the correct order. They brought him back the correct size steak but it was cooked until it was well done!! I’m very furious that they even charged us for it all, due to the fact that he didn’t even eat it. We will be feeding his steak to our dogs since we paid for it, but we will NOT be returning to Logan’s.

absolutely horrible experience took 40 minutes to get a seat we sit down the waitress is so scattered she forgets almost everything. we order some adult drinks and they took over 30 min and had to ask 2x to get them, they were good but not 7$ good, i ordered the fried cheese and bacon burger with bbq sauce and grilled onions. it was blackened and not edible no bbq sauce no onions no sauce of any kind. my wife ordered the coastal Carolina shrimp. got the plate it was literally 6.i say again "" 6"" shrimp and not big just regular cocktail shrimp, and a blank plate that was 3/ 4 fries,. my daughter ordered the Bayside burger medium rare came out black and hockey puck. with no shrimp which is supposed to and no sauce which is supposed to be Cajun sauce. my wife son ordered the same burger i did it came with cold veggies on it but doesn't say that in the menu he doesn't wear and begins(lettuce, tomato and onions) my wife's mom ordered the pork chops they were great she says. both my wife and mother in law ordered side salads and neither came out till after we talked to the manager. they at least got the salads right and gave them bigger salads than was supposed to be. that's about the extent of positive experience we had tonight oh and mind u this is my wife's birthday dinner and she got crapped on WE'LL NEVER COME BACK oh the Bayside burger in the other pic is after we had to have them remake the burned and missing shrimp burger with no sauce my wife is inside trying to leave and i told them to take my burger of the book along with the 6 pathetic shrimp dinner that was like 16$ of the bill we had 2 bills and they took the burger of my mother in law's bill but was supposed to be my bill. my wife texted me and said it's a fiasco and she's getting trapped while they try to figure it out i am hungry since i didn't get to eat. oh and this all started at 5:55 and the nightmare ended at 8:50

I honestly had a very pleasant meal. Went for the first time with my Aunt. It was around 1ish so the lunch rush was over. Got a table right away. Our waitress was very helpful when we asked her for a recommendation between a couple of steaks (ended up getting ribeye's and they were properly cooked and tasted great). The waffle fries were good. I already mentioned good service, I would go back again. I know people can have very different experiences sometimes but ours was enjoyable.

Worst service and food! Started with the hostess,very smart mouth when asking to change tables. Waitress took about 10 minutes to come to the table, drinks took another 10 to receive...2 waters and an iced tea. Got a coke instead of tea. Took another 5 minutes to get that tea. Ordered sirloin salad no tomatoes and 2 burger.. one well done and one medium well. Got food after about 35 minutes. Salad had a whole tomato. Burger were pink and mushy in the middle and fries cold. We spent 2 hours there. Thursday night at 7. Parking lot only a quarter full. We left and went to Five Guys instead. Get it together Logan's! Awful service and food!
