Had a great experience going for lunch with my 2 kids and my mother. Having a daughter who is very picky eater and not knowing what to eat our waitress was amazing explaining food to her and was able to help her choose what to eat and it was perfect size for her not everything extra she would not eat. She was great when asked what she prefers and the best meals for sharing.The restaurant was very beautiful inside. And the specials they have are great prices. Will return I will say best Mexican food I've had in a long time.

We Enjoy the Menu at El Potrero. It was our Anniversary on a Monday late afternoon, and my wife wanted one of their Delicious Margaritas. Our server was Mariah, and we got a tall table by the bar. It seemed like it was closed, no music, a few tables eating in silence. I asked if they were filming a Silent movie? My wife got her Margarita, But it came in a tall glass..Nothing like the Menu picture, and let's Face it, That's What Brings you in! It's a Mexican restaurant but when the music came on it was Puerto Rican..volume one maybe. I can hear people eat and crunch. Our food finally came but due to No silverware I got up and walked to the front door to get some. My Mexican Sampler was non seasoned nonsense. Dry chicken dollar store burrito? I didn't finish it halfway through I could tell my wife was not Happy. Her drink was good so we used our phone in a Dead bar to play Tejano Music, I got the thumb up from two tables, they couldn't hear the music either. If this place is lacking in Suggested Tips they should Play their A Game to what keeps customers coming back. I don't fault the Short Staff, I fault Management or lack thereof.

I love El Potrero it’s one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. I usually get their chimichanga dinner with extra cheese sauce it’s really good and they have watermelon margaritas there that I always get too. I just love this place. They have really decent lunch special prices too. And you get the chips and salsa free to start out while you’re waiting for your meal. Fabulous place for a family dinner. Thanks El Potrero!!
The staff here are the best. Always super friendly, and just a great overall energy. I love coming in to deliver for them. They never give off that “I hate delivery people” vibe that we get in so many places.
Today we visited the Grand Blanc location for the first time at just past 3:30pm (lunch ends at 3pm).
Service was great from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. The food tasted fantastic, and the portions were very generous. The prices were better than much their competitors.
We ordered 1 single serving of Steak Fajitas (there is also a double) and it was enough to feed both of us with enough leftover to make 2 more meals. They even include unlimited warm chips with salsa.
I highly recommend visiting them or calling for take out or delivery.
The food is always worth eating! Everything tastes fresh and the spices just add an extra treat. Servers are wonderful, polite and great sense of humor.
Incredibly nice staff, very genuine people. Food was amazing and we didn’t wait long for it. Good portion sizes and nice calm environment. 10/10 would recommend :)
