Chick-fil-a

Came to chick fil a for the first time in a while with my wife for dinner. We decided to eat in and the food was great, and so was the service! When we were sitting and eating there was actually a worker (maybe manager) (name tag said garret, ) walking around and greeting the customers asking if they needed refills or anything. I was unaware that this happened at fast food restaurants, and was especially surprised at how friendly him and the rest of the staff were. We’ll be back!

We were traveling and pinched for time so we stopped at the first place we saw. We had eaten poorly all weekend so initially we were a little apprehensive about going to Chick-fil-A. When we went in we were so happy to see that they had healthier options. My husband got a grilled chicken Sandwich and I got the chicken Cobb salad. It was all so good! And the gentleman that took our order was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We left very happy!

I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A, but this one in particular stands out. They have been accommodating and understanding and willing to help in numerous situations and that's just not typical of a fast food restaurant. The management and staff at this spot are aces! The really deserve more than 5 stars!

So disappointed with how down hill this place has become. It used to be my Saturday morning routine to get breakfast for the family here and they had a reputation for being fast, not mixing up orders, and serving good hot food no matter how busy they were. Recently, for basic breakfast items ordered at breakfast time, they make you pull around the side and wait. My experience this morning was the worst yet, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food, while 2 other cars that pulled up after me got there food. And I get home to find out they forgot the salsa for my daughters chicken scramble bowl after I specifically asked the girl to not forget it! I’m done with this place. It has become the worst drive through fast food place out of them all! This is what happens when you only have high school kids working there and no good supervision or management!

I ordered a Cobb salad from the girl. I moved up in line and remembered to get it with grilled chicken so I yelled out to her but she couldn't hear me. The menu board heard me and I told her what happened and she said to drive up. When I got to receive my order she gave it to me. Then she said wait you have another one. And she said take it too. When I got home they both had fried chicken on it!
