Taco Bell

Update, stopped by again on the 29th, Maria taking my order was awesome. This will have to be the only taco bell I go to from now on. Amazing experience, well made food, great staff and fast during lunch time. I stopped going to taco bell in general because of the consistently terrible people and food I've encountered in the past 5 or so years. Seems like a good Taco Bell doesn't exist anymore but at least there's one here. Too bad I don't live anywhere near this one.

Consistently slow service, every visit year after year. Thus the long lines. Pros: Employees are friendly and order is usually right. My biggest gripe is with Taco Bell in general. It appears this brand no longer understands its niche in food culture. Prices are up at least 40% compared with 5 years ago. The mediocre food no longer represents a good consumer value. I was happy to spend $6 for some fastfood texmex. But $12? Nope. Bye!

This location doesn’t increase base menu pricing on the app which I appreciate. Almost always get thru the drive thru fast. Once I waited total of 40 mins from getting in line to driving away. I would have left if I hadn’t already ordered ahead on the app, was starving and didn’t want to make more decisions about canceling the mobile order, picking a new restaurant and ordering from another menu. Waiting was easier but not was it frustrating. Other than that one time this location and its staff have always been great

I really haven't had a bad personal experience with the staff here, always friendly, but sometimes inaccurate orders. The drive thru line is always long, extremely slow, etc. Made the mistake of going in to try to avoid this, just won't be visiting this location again. Mens bathroom door won't lock (broken handle), water pressure so weak it took a solid minute just to rinse the soap off my hands, toilet seat looks so old and crusty I wouldn't want to sit on it, both trash cans overfilled in the lobby, etc. Place looks newer generally but the bathroom needs a lot of work and the staff are clearly overwhelmed apparently at all times with the number of customers in the drive thru, which is always slow. More than once after waiting in the drive thru for ten minutes without any cars moving I bailed. Not mad, just really disappointed because the location otherwise is convenient.
