Firehouse Subs

We weren't from the area, first time guests. No one initially looked at us or greeted us with the WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE greeting until we got up to the register to order. Not the best sanitation practices. Floors were dirty, cleaning supplies left out, restroom, dining area and drink station not clean. Hand sanitizer not properly placed for usage, tables not attended to even though there were at least 5 people physically present at work. Pickles were requested for each sandwich but 1 was left out. The sandwiches were not prepared with care, very sloppy. We weren't asked what we wanted on our subs as if we were "frequent flyers". If I had a choice, I would never recommend this venue for dining.

So, I put in my Take Out Order for pick up at 1:10 pm. I battled the Xmas traffic and got parked. Walked into the location, to the Welcome to Firehouse greeting, and to a small line which was being taken care of quickly, but I didn't get the chance to wait to tell them I was there for pick up. Within a minute or two after 1:10, the sandwich was ready and they called my name. Explained that sandwich was in bag, as well as chips and soda. Very helpful. Got home in ten minutes, sandwich was still nice and warm from the steamer, and the sandwich was perfectly made fresh. Thanks for a great lunch!!

Went there at 3:30 aprox. The service was poor considering there was 3 people on prep station. The cashier talked so fast, I could barely understand her. There was no ice, and she made one of the preps to go for it. 😱😨🤨🤨🤨🤨 I was also asking for 🍟 and she never told me they do not have. I never answered what kind of bread I wanted, but she decided for me. The tables and floor were dirty. That was my first time and I am very disapointed with this place. But, I have to say, the food was great👍. Good taste, good presentation. I guess that give them some points.

Friendly staff, great food, always made fresh so there's a bit of a delay on receiving orders (which only makes sense, this is not fast food). The parking lot is kinda weird but that isn't their fault. Would recommend placing orders online and then driving there, giving them time to make it (10 minutes or so), and by the time you pull into the carryout parking spot you should be good to go.
